Discover Prague Marienbad
Day 1: Journey via Budweis to Prague
Our journey begins with a drive along the western highway, through Freistadt and Wullowitz to Budweis, a city with unique charm, famous for its first-class beer and picturesque old town. We enjoy a leisurely lunch break at the traditional Budweiser brewery, followed by an exciting tour of the brewing facility.
Afterwards, we continue to Prague, where a delicious dinner awaits us at our comfortable hotel.
Day 2: Exploring Prague
Today you’ll discover the beauties of Prague in all their facets! An exciting city tour takes you through the “Golden City” and to its most impressive sights. Admire Prague Castle with its majestic St. Vitus Cathedral, the Old Town Hall with its world-famous astronomical clock, and stroll across Charles Bridge, which enchants with breathtaking views of the Vltava River and the city. In the evening, an unforgettable experience awaits you: a boat trip on the Vltava. Enjoy a delicious dinner while Prague’s illuminated skyline passes by, transforming the river into a glittering sea of lights.
Day 3: Karlsbad Marienbad
On the third day, the famous spa towns of Karlsbad and Marienbad are on the agenda. Both impress with healing thermal springs, magnificent spa buildings, and beautiful parks. In Karlsbad, the legendary healing spring “Sprudel” awaits you, which you can admire during a tour. In Marienbad, you’ll enjoy a guided discovery tour through the extensive parks with their elegant fountains and impressive architecture. The day concludes with a delicious dinner and an overnight stay in charming Marienbad.
Day 4: Return journey through the Bavarian Forest
After a relaxed breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to Marienbad. Around 10:00 AM, we begin our return journey towards home. On the way, we take a break in the Straubing/Landau area, where we enjoy a shared lunch. Afterwards, we continue our journey, reminiscing about the beautiful experiences of the trip.
